We are looking for professionals who are passionate about their field and eager to share their knowledge and experience with high school students who are exploring future career paths. All materials, activities, and direction are provided — all we need is your real-world expertise, your guidance, and your presence. The commitment is manageable and meaningful: just 9 one-hour, in-person meetings Wednesday afternooons that are one-hour to on-hour and half throughout the school year on the Diamond Tech campus, plus one off-site field trip day. Mentors often find this experience as rewarding and inspiring as the students do.
